2. What is the maximum indoor capacity of the restaurant "Prestige"?

The maximum capacity of the restaurant is 120 pax arrangement of the room with round tables and a separate dance floor. 

3. What is the maximum capacity of the round table (1.8m diameter)?

The maximum capacity of the table is 11 pax. 

4. Do you organize outside weddings? And what can we do in case of bed weather?

Yes, the clubhouse features a large outdoor terrace that seats 200 guests and it is suitable for wedding events. The day before the event we consult the weather forecast and in case of bad weather we shall recommend that we move your dinner party inside the clubhouse which will be also booked for your special day.

5. Do you offer decoration, covers for chairs in the restaurant and chairs for the wedding ceremony?

The overall decoration for the wedding, covers for restaurant chairs should be provided by a wedding agent. We can offer you white chairs for the wedding ceremony.

6. What is the cost of corkage fee and what does it include?

The corkage fee is 10 BGN per person including the possibility to bring your own alcohol (wine and spirits) and it is not allowed to bring any beer and non-alcoholic drinks. We also do offer special rates for fix quantities of drinks so please if you are interested request for those as well.

7. What is the cost of overtime fee and when it is activated?

The overtime tax is 2 BGN per person per every hour started after 00:00h. The maximum is 240 BGN per hour as the minimum is 120 BGN per hour. 

8. How to reserve a specific date?

To keep a certain date you should sign a standard contract for holding a wedding event in the complex. 

9. How much is the advanced payment according to the contract?

30% of the contracted value 

10. What are the methods of payment?

You can pay by bank transfer, cash at reception or via your credit card data. 

11. Until what time you are allowed to stay in the restaurant?

You can stay in the restaurant not later than 04:00 in the morning. 

12. When Should I clarify all details before the wedding?

You should specify all the parameters and details of the event not later than two weeks before the wedding with our Event Manager. 

13. Is there any fee for parking?

Parking is free of charge for all guests of the wedding event. 

14. When should I taste the already confirmed wedding menu?

You should announce our event Manager for tasting the menu seven days before. 

15. Discounts on weekdays?

We offer 10% discount of the wedding set menus during weekdays- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

16. Do you offer wedding cakes and is there a fee if we bring it?

Fee is not charged for submitting wedding cake, but the cake together with the need to provide a certificate of quality. Our complex has its own pastry shop which would meet all your needs and tastes. It is necessary to give us a picture with high resolution and we will offer you a price offer with possible tastes.
