Lighthouse Golf & Spa Resort, Bulgaria offers several types of villas from which you can choose. All villas are built to the highest standards. Our Villas are to be found at various locations around the golf course and offer our guests a variety of spectacular views including those of the golf course, the lakes, beautiful forests, the sea or a combination of the above. In short our villas are perfectly equipped for everyone’s needs and are the perfect option for family vacation or group of friends.

If you feel that a family house is a little larger than you need, but you prefer a house to an apartment, Lighthouse Golf Resort can offer you the best solution; a house of an optimal surface, incredible view and own garden. Semi-detached houses are located in the Forest & Green districts in two varieties with two and three bedrooms, both of which ensure a panorama view.
Floor Plan Description: On the first floor: Living room with kitchen and dining-room, toilet. On the second floor: two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and two terraces, corridor, staircase
The ‘Type G’ Villas are typical two-floor countryside houses. These large, luxury two-floor villas offer the ultimate in comfort and home from home well-being.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living area and fully equipped kitchen. Other features are a guest bedroom, spacious bathroom and large terrace overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens. On the second floor are two large bedrooms for you and your family, as well as a bathroom and generously sized terrace with magnificent views.

The ‘Type A’ family villas offered in the resort are tastefully furnished with their own private garden and swimming pool. The living and dining areas feature tall, elegant windows which look out into the gardens. In addition, the dining area is easily served by the large open kitchen. Here you can choose between a view of the golf course or of the two most beautiful lakes situated in the complex.
