Please find below the general hotel policies of Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel:
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: 14:00 - 00:00
Check-out: 07:00 - 12:00
If the client does not comply with the check-out time, the Hotel reserves the right to either deem the stay extended by one day or take possession of the lodging unit and remove the client’s belongings, with an inventory thereof before two witnesses.
Accepted Credit Cards:
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro
Please note that you should provide a vaild credit card at check-in.
If you refused to provide a credit card or your card is missing – please be informed that you will not have the permission to charge bills on your room from all of our restaurants, bars and other facilities. You will have to pay the bills cash.
General Policies & Information:
Early Departures: If the Client departs from the room before the date stated in the reservation the hotel may request the equivalent of 100% of the total price of the contracted tourism package
Transfer: The consumer may transfer his or her reservation to a third party by giving notice thereof in writing. The transferee will have to comply with the same general requirements imposed on the transferor for the tourism package.
Documents needed at check-in: Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Pet Policy: The hotel is pet friendly. Among pets, we primarily understand dogs. Please note that reservations with a pet must be confirmed separately, as not all available rooms are admitted for pets and smaller dogs under 10 kg are allowed. Please if you are with pet contact the hotel to reconfirm your booking, mentioning the breed/type of the pet and its size. The tax for pet is 10 EUR per night.
Тowel Cards Policy: During check-in, you will receive your Towel Cards (one per person). Please present one card to the SPA reception or beach for each towel that you require during your stay, the card will be returned to you for future use when you return your towel to the desk. Each card has a 25 EUR value. For your account not to be charged, make sure you return this card to the Front Desk at checkout. Your signature above verifies your receipt of the Towel Cards and acceptance of the terms of issue.
Privacy Policy: Please note that the Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel, as a personal data administrator, processes personal data of hotel guests, including by video surveillance, in accordance with the Notice on the processing of personal data of hotel guests, which is available at http://www.lighthousegolfresort.com/personal-data-protection-policy
Smoking policy: Smoking in indoor areas is prohibited. The fine for the violation is 50 EUR.
Spa area: Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the gym or thermal area; Swimming pools for children under 16 years old are only allowed with an accompanying person.
Parking: On-site parking is free of charge for hotel guests. The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused to a car parked in the hotel parking lot, but if possible, will help resolve the case.
Video servailance: The hotel provides video surveillance that covers the common areas of the hotel to ensure the safety of its guests. The records are used solely for the purpose described and are not transmitted or made available to third parties unless requested to do so by the law enforcement authorities

Winter Working Hours and info:
From 01/11 till 15/03 the hotel enters into winter season whereas the golf course & pro-shop are working upon weather conditions. The seasonal restaurants and bars, beach and outdoor pools are closed. [1]The All-inclusive during the winter period includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on buffet or set menu depending on seasonal demand, local domestic alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during meals & drinks from the Lobby bar from 09:00 to 22:00.
