A morning sun salutation made on one of our panoramic terraces, along with the sound of the sea will make you start the day in a unique manner.
The aim of yoga is to completely focus on yourself while being consciously aware of your body thanks to slow, flowing and toning movements.
Blockades are undone and energy is able to flow freely again. In order to reach mental and phisical wellness, the lessons will also include meditation and breathing exercises
